Delta AV Service technicians troubleshoot wiring and connection issues, repair system equipment and connectivity, adjust audio, calibrate small systems, and various custom requests.
Our programmers configure, write code, and debug control systems such as AMX, Crestron, FSR, and Extron. We test touch panels, button panels, control interfaces, and digital signal processors (DSP).
Delta AV will provide onsite support for audio and visual systems during a designated warranty period, which covers Delta AV’s workmanship, programming, and configuration.
Delta AV offers full-scale, live event consultation and creative planning. From product launches and press conferences to international broadcasts, Delta AV has on-staff event management that can handle your event. Combining innovation and client vision, we coordinate and produce a full entertainment experience for events of all sizes.
Service Level Agreements
Delta AV offers customized priority service agreements to meet the needs of a client’s rooms and locations.
Agreements can include video conferencing support, preventive maintenance, system training, 24x7 monitoring, AV asset management, rush response time, and additional services.
