Journeyman Installer
Delta is always on the lookout for journeyman AV technicians with Oregon LEA/LEB licensing and Washington 06 licensing. We pride ourselves on maintaining a fun, engaging and variable work environment, as well as the industry-leading finished products that we hand over to our clients. In addition, we take education and employee development seriously, reimbursing for classes and books that broaden our workers’ skill sets.

Field Technician
Are you looking for a career that lets you exercise your creativity as well as your building skills? Do you want to be moving around all day instead of sitting behind a desk? Then come join us as a Delta Field Tech! You’ll gain valuable work experience and technical skills working under the guidance of multiple AV journeymen as you build high-tech AV systems from the ground up.
- Typical work days run from 7:30 AM to 3:30 PM
- Install a wide range of AV equipment: sound systems, projectors, lighting, video conferencing and more
- Get your technical education while you work, guided by journeyman installers
- Questions and concerns are highly valued
- Opportunities for growth into other areas of the company: sales, design, project management, etc.
